As the buyer, we felt that Jim kept us informed appropriately, did extra home openings and assisted getting the inspections done within the allowable time frame. We had a very short settlement period with few working days available to arrange inspections. Jim was able to liaise with the home inspection company to have inspections brought forward to meet the legal requirements. We were always clear that Jim was working for the Seller and not for us but he was able to ensure that as Buyers, we were moving forward toward Settlement and I feel that throughout the process he acted in the best interest of the Seller.
