Richard presented fresh ideas along with his enthusiasm for my development and helped me sell the front home which is the toughest to sell. He sold it whilst other agents couldn't and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other clients.

Richard was extremely helpful and professional in the sale of my apartment in West Perth. He did an excellent job in a patchy market. Always kept me up to date with what was going on as I live in a different state. Made the sale process stress free. I have no hesitation recommending Richard.

Richard made the process very easy. I was very comfortable working with him.

After having the property listed with another agent over a period of two years Richard provided a realistic view of the market and was able to sell the property quickly, albeit at a much lower price than previously advertised.

Richard Self has obvious passion for the job and a great work ethic. He clearly has the best interest of the owners he represents and fights hard to get them the best deal possible. Richard has extensive knowledge of the market and current trends which he expresses articulately and with genuine personal interest making him a very credible agent. I have no hesitation recommending Richard Self as a "go to" agent to sell your home and secure the best deal possible for you!

It was an unusual one as I wasn't even on the market, but Richard did a great job of representing my interests and getting me a good result

Richard Self is a highly professional agent in whom we had complete confidence. He successfully negotiated the sale of our property in a highly challenging market. We highly recommend him.

The sale of my property was processed rapidly and efficiently despite the inconvenience of a tenant on site my apartment sold in about two weeks. Well done Richard and thanks. Paul

Richard put forward a professional proposal. His recommendations were always backed up by evidence. Several times he helped arrange access for tradespeople to help us as we live a long distance from the property for sale. He successfully converted a "subject to sale" offer to an actual sale, which is difficult to negotiate.

It was a tough decision to sell given that my house is no longer anywhere near what it was worth a few years ago when I bought it. Richard had been a great agent, helping me get my head around the market as it stands at the moment, but also not trying to get me to accept a low offer. He worked hard to get me a fair price for my house in a tough market. Hard-working, professional, fair and honest.
