The people at Mallison were friendly and helpful. They did seem to have a large workload which meant that sometimes issues or responses were delayed. Sometimes, though, matters were dealt with quickly, which was nice. Overall, pretty good.

Moving from regional to Perth meant a lot of communication with Perth agents. Mallison were the easiest group to deal with. Since moving into a rental we had some issues needing attention which were dealt with swiftly. House inspection was done effectively and feed back to us renters was quick. They are a very people group and nice to deal with. Aware of the market but aren't sharks in the market either.

On moving into my new rental it soon became apparent that the previous tenants did not do a proper vacate clean. There was dust on the blinds, dirty walls, floors not mopped, faulty ensuite lights, dead insects in the light fittings, dirty kitchen stove exhaust fan, and dog faeces on the backyard astro turf. I've been cleaning up everything myself and flagging maintenance issues with the agent, apart from the astro turf cleaning the agent is organising, which I'm still waiting on to be done, a month after moving in. These issues are so easily avoidable, and could have been sorted out before I moved in, as most would be covered by the previous tenants bond. I would have happily waited an extra week for cleaning to have been sorted, but instead I've been allowed to move in into an unclean house. This is not a good first impression I have of your agency.

Everyone I have dealt with at Mallison have been helpful, kind and a pleasure to deal with. This is not an easy climate to find properties to rent and in the numerous open home inspections I attended the general feeling is that the agents allow desperation of the prospective tenant do the work. That is the opposite that I have felt and experienced with Mallison. They have the same warmth, respect and attitude towards me that I have towards them and since I have moved in they have been sending maintenance people to do things to the house that I didn’t even notice had an issue. It has been an absolute pleasure and I am happy.
