Lilian Roberts (My Property Manager)
The main reason I engaged Mallison to manage my rental property is because of Lilian Roberts (my Property Manager). Lilian is very well versed with many aspects of property management as she has been in this industry for many years. Few outstanding qualities regarding Lilian are: she is responsible, conscientious, diligent, very meticulous in carrying out property inspections, good administrative skills, always follow up with requests from owners (within reasonable time frame of course), understanding the burdens of owners in having a rental property. With these innate qualities of Lilian, I feel I could entrust my rental property in her hands, knowing she will do her utmost in discharging her duties and take care of the nitty gritty of my rental property. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of hiring a Property Manager with the right attributes which will save the owners a lot of headaches and heartaches (often the result of trying to manage rental properties without the relevant knowledge and skills, or hiring those property managers are either too inexperienced or those who simply cannot do the job properly). Hence, with the qualities which I have mentioned above of Lilian, I would not hesitate recommending her to any owners to manage their rental properties. Cheers.

Dissatisfaction and Disappointing
Miss informed by property manager on breaking of lease by former tenants. Miss informed on financial costs to us Disappointing delays with correspondence Always seem to look after tenants well-being before owners rights. Accounting practice detrimental to owners.
