Our property became vacant, Tyra arranged to meet us at the property for the final inspection, discussed what may be required to maintained the property in good condition in order to attract good tenants. She was polite and took note of what was required and said she would get back to us later during the day. From previous experiences with other managing agents, I didn’t expect her contact us but was surprised that she did where she listed all the items we agreed on. She also arranged for quotes in a very timely manner and kept us informed. The property was then listed for rent, arranged for open house, screened possible tenants and provided a report of potential tenants. The property was rented out shortly thereafter. I was expecting a difficult process with lots of telephones calls with her but she and her staff did all the hard work. A managing agent that actually manages your property.

Whilst being with Mallison's for two years I have had a very good experience with them from the rental managment side of thing's as a property owner. I have been extremely satisfied with them, their professionalism, they are extremely efficient, even when my property managers changed I was contacted straight away and my new property manager took the time to ring me and introduce herself. I have had great tenants in my property and Mallison's have been on top of everything, if there has been an issue or concern they have let me know straight away. I have not had to chase them for anything. They are extremely friendly and easy to deal with and contact. They return emails and calls straight away. I have mainly dealt with Kristie and Anne they have been excellent to deal with for everything. My first initial consultation when putting my place on rental market was extremely efficient, realistic and down to earth, Wulan who took over was excellent and kept a close eye on absolutely everything and whilst it has change to Anne, Wulan still has input with my property in which between both of them I can not fault or with the Chelsea and Tyla who have recently organised inspections for new tenants.
