Joe has a great reputation and excellent knowledge of the Bayside/Port Phillip area. He is honest and works well with vendors and purchaser to achieve a good fair result for all parties. I definitely would recommend Joe and look forward to working with him again in the near future

Absolute delight to deal with an agent like Eric. One of the most genuine agents I have come across who went over and above to facilitate the purchase of our family home. Eric's warmth and caring nature was evident from our initial meeting, and has carried on even after the purchase.. which is rare. Could not recommend an agent any more highly!

Eric has been great to work with and was able to achieve a quick sale in a difficult Covid impact time.

Thank you to Eric and the team for holding our hands through the process of selling our home, and for keeping us informed along the way. Excellent service and would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell.

From start to finish Joe was a delight to deal with. I purchased a property through him and he made us feel that he was genuine, he was caring and we never felt like he was being push. We appreciated his guidance and understanding throughout the entire process and can't thank him enough. Especially during covid he made time to let us inspect the property before lockdown and any question we had always had the answer or sourced the answer. We highly reccomend Joe. Thankyou again for all you did to help me get into my new home.

We have partnered with Eric and his team for many years now and always find them responsive, caring and professional in our real estate journey.

I first met Eric as a buyer in 2017 and this very positive experience led me to contact him again when we decided recently to sell. We did also consider other agents but we chose Eric because he was more creative and proactive in suggestions for the small improvements that would lift the value of our home. Throughout the process he kept us informed, chased down the inquiries and in only two weeks secured the right buyer. I have no hesitation in recommending Eric to a buyer or seller.

Easy to talk to and get a hold of. Kept us informed and gave great advice! Sold our house well beyond the market price and what our wishes were.

Eric did an amazing job of selling my investment property. It’s not easy selling a house during lockdown but Eric’s market knowledge, planning skills and professionalism shone through and he sold the house at a great price. I would highly recommend him as a selling agent he is caring, calm and keeps you well informed very good at what he does.

There are no words that can express the enormous gratitude that I have for Eric Mancini. From the very beginning, when I received the ‘just listed’ email, to my very first interaction with Eric, It became quite evident that he wasn’t just about the sale. He inspired me with his enthusiasm and I could tell that I was in good hands as he understood that selling a property was more than just brick and mortar- it was about people and their stories and dreams and matching the right property to the right vendee. Eric as a professional was very open and honest when supporting me during the buying process and provided me with impartial expert opinion to get the best possible outcome not just for myself but for for all involved. I appreciated his honesty! I would highly recommend Eric as an enthusiastic, professional and very experienced Real Estate agent to anyone who’s looking at buying or selling their properties. I look forward to my continued partnership with Eric Mancini and Mancini Realestate.

I am a first home buyer and was very nervous about purchasing my first home. Joe made the experience so easy, he was up-front, responsive and made me feel like he was on my side. He answered all my questions, arranged additional inspections and followed up to make sure everything was going well with my finance. Even after contracts were signed Joe has not stopped being helpful, he has understood how exciting and scary this all is and is happy to help me at every stage! Could not recommend more :)
