Joe and Mark were incredible agents, we would highly recommend. We sold our property while overseas but Joe and Mark were extremely professional, organised and made the whole process so easy for us. Nothing was ever a problem, communication was excellent, and genuine concern for getting the best outcome. For a first home buyer, he went above and beyond the scope of what i expected. Replied at late hours, on weekends etc and quickly, for all our questions and queries. If something wasnt right, he fixed it, and it really felt like for and agent who was selling the house, that he was batting for us to make sure we got everything right. About 6 years ago I bought a unit in Altona Meadows for my grandmother to live in. The buying experience was fantastic. Eric Mancini was friendly, knowledgeable and above all very honest. He made it very easy. So when the sad inevitable time came to sell the unit, I made one call. Eric remembered vividly dealing with me and my grandmother. He offered me plenty of advice with the unit which I followed in full and I am happy to say that again now as a seller Eric came through.
