Even if I live interstate, it was not an issue to sell my property in Altona Meadows. I thought I will find it hard to sell because it was currently tenanted at that time on a month to month basis. Eric made an appointment to meet the tenants and talked to them in a professional manner and he even offered them first if they would like to buy the property. Eric sold the property during Covid19 crisis and it was not became an issue. I can highly recommend Eric to anyone. He is a very nice agent, and for sure He will look after your needs until the settlement. Even after the settlement, if you have any business queries, Eric will be there to help.
