Joe and Mark were incredible agents, we would highly recommend. We sold our property while overseas but Joe and Mark were extremely professional, organised and made the whole process so easy for us. Nothing was ever a problem, communication was excellent, and genuine concern for getting the best outcome. Joe also has so much experience which is shared freely even helping us with another property we were trying to sell in Queensland. Can't thank Joe and Mark enough!

Eric went above and beyond to achieve the Best Result from the Current Market Conditions. An Outstanding High Level Agent with years of Experience - backed by endless knowledge of the Area. Eric followed through on what we spoke and agreed on from day 1 of the Selling Campaign. Nothing more Reassuring then having your property in the hands of Eric especially in tougher property markets. We will certainly use Eric and the Team at Mancini Real Estate again in the near Future. Credit to them and thank you again Eric. Best Regards Steve & Michelle.

For a first home buyer, he went above and beyond the scope of what i expected. Replied at late hours, on weekends etc and quickly, for all our questions and queries. If something wasnt right, he fixed it, and it really felt like for and agent who was selling the house, that he was batting for us to make sure we got everything right. I speak highly of joe and mancini to others.

About 6 years ago I bought a unit in Altona Meadows for my grandmother to live in. The buying experience was fantastic. Eric Mancini was friendly, knowledgeable and above all very honest. He made it very easy. So when the sad inevitable time came to sell the unit, I made one call. Eric remembered vividly dealing with me and my grandmother. He offered me plenty of advice with the unit which I followed in full and I am happy to say that again now as a seller Eric came through. I am sure the buyers of my Nannas unit have also had a great experience.

Eric went above and beyond to help achieve our dream of becoming home owners. From start to finish, he made the whole process seamless, offering a wealth of knowledge along the way. Eric was open and transparent about the market, and gave us honest advice on what actions we should take, while still being able to stay within our budget. He is highly professional, is prompt with communication, and understood that this was an emotional decision for us. We will be referring him to all our Family and Friends.

From the initial consultation to the final signing of the sale contracts, Joe Mancini always conducted himself professionally. His honesty and integrity allowed me to feel secure in the choice I made to choose Mancini Real Estate. The sale process was easy and stress free. A great result too, as we acquired a sale price above our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending this team to sell any property.
