I contacted Joe from Mancini Real Estate about selling unit 2, 59 David Street off the plan before commencing construction with Mancini Made in May, 2018. Joe explained the process very thoroughly, showing me 3 properties in the immediate vicinity and the market price achievable for Unit 2, 59 David Street. Joe also mentioned it would be wise to get some professional marketing (3D Renders) and a sales board as well to show potential buyers how the kitchen, bathroom and external building would look and also a list of inclusions. This would give the potential buyer an insight as to how the townhouse would look from the outside to internals. Joe organised Sam from 4 Walls media to complete the 3D renders and marketing campaign. I personally was blown away of how realistic the 3D renders appeared, it was like the house has been built and the buyer could envision themselves in the space. It was am marketing expense well spent and feel indented to Joe for taking his advice and the outstanding and professional 3D Renders completed by Sam Martin Director of 4 Walls Media. Joe kept me well informed and updated during sales process and the townhouse was sold well above my expectations and also within a record 7 days of going to market. Simply an outstanding result as I never thought Unit 2, 59 David Street would sell so quickly once going to market. Joe is simply an outstanding Sales professional, very passionate towards his profession (Real Estate Industry), hardworking and very trustworthy. Joe also possess great leadership skills, high integrity and driven to get results for his clients.
