Excellent Communication
Right from the get go the team at Mcgrath North Canberra were awesome they did not hesitate to come to see me at my property and spent most of the afternoon going over the details with me. We recently moved to Perth and the team were very accommodating with sorted out all of the details and tenants quickly, nothing was an issue. Well done Mcgrath North Canberra. :-)

Great Service
I am really happy with the service I received. For me it was really tough to get an apartment as I was living in sydney. Kerry Understood my situation and helped me to approve my application for an apartment. It was really kind and nice of her. I will be always grateful to her.

Very Professional
Jessica Talbot was great with the exit from one unit, and assisted with locating my brother’s next home. Kerry Robinson was very efficient with organising the paperwork etc in 24 hours to get him into his new unit. Victoria McGlaughlin has very kindly cleaned the oven and exhaust fans etc that had not been left clean. I thank them all.

Wonderful experience!
We would like to thank McGrath for a being an absolute pleasure to deal with. Within days of submitting our application Annaliese was proactive, professional and a delight to liaise with. She kept in constant contact and ensured we were well looked after throughout the whole process. She made the transition from our previous property to our new home feel seamless. In the past few weeks our property manager Jess has communicated and kept us up to date with regards to the house. We would highly recommend McGrath and are very happy to be returning to a property managed by this realestate for our second time around.
