I own a company that services the rental industry and I couldn't recommend more highly Lisa and the agency team. From buying the property from Matt Tennant to deciding to rent with the assistance of Lisa has been one of the best experiences. Lisa has been most supportive of both the owner and us as tenants. We’ve had to make changes to our lease ànd Lisa was most accomodating in this situation. She was also most diligent with regard to ensuring the property owners’ best interests were served. In terms of communication Lisa is quick ànd available - returning calls promptly ànd is clear. Lisa’s experience shines through too in her interactions with tenants - she knows her industry very well. I have given Lisa 5 stars because she has given us 5 star service.
