Tom did a great job. I was very happy with the way he handled the sale of the house. He always kept me well informed about feedback from people who attended open houses and individual inspections. Tom rang and advised me about what had happened after each open house - e.g number of people who had attended and comments. Communication with office staff regarding correctness of mail needs improvement.
