From the first meeting we had with Shaun it was very clear that his total focus was on us and our property. This may seem like a strange thing to say, but even though Shaun had comparable sales for the area, he based his price and strategy on the merits and points of difference that our property offered. Shaun held an open for inspection both days every weekend until a sale was achieved which was only five weeks and we couldn't be happier.
