Kirsty was very professional, friendly and helpful - at the open house sales she was informative but not pushy and had a good knowledge of the individual houses. If she could not answer a question she was prepared to follow-up with the owners. However, we purchased a block of land she had advised us of. In addition, the young ladies at the front desk (POC) were also friendly and helpful - in particular, Jess. I feel Kirsty and the POC Team are an asset to McCartney Real Estate, Torquay business practice.

Timing is everything and Tim certainly new when to put the house on the market. His wealth of experience and knowledge of the demand for property in the area at the time was what enabled us to achieve a result above our expectation. Tim advised on maintenance and presentation works for the property to achieve the quick sale we required. With Tims client data base the property was sold after one opening an amazing result for us.
