Firstly and most importantly we made a great connection with Kirsty as she was very down to earth and relaxed. We think that just that unspoken feeling of trust and comfort is one of the most important things you need to work with a real estate agent. We definitely got that here - which made it really easy to feel comfortable and discuss what our needs were and ask all the right questions. She was always fully available without being pushy which is really hard to do! Because of all of that we were looking at a few houses that werent right for us but she led us in a really good direction and we have just bought what is quite possibly our forever home and we love it so much. Purchasing in COVID-19 times and during lockdown could have been a nightmare but Kirsty really calmly walked us through the pricess and made the dream come true. We already have and would continue to recommend her based on our experience.
