i visited geoff soon after the mccartney real estate office opened in winchelsea and explained my property requirements. The first three properties geoff showed me were not quite what we were looking for, and he suggested we consider 8 heath drive which met our requirements. geoff was prompt in conveying our initial offer to the vendor, and his assistance in the negotiation process resulted in a sale being made.
