After looking for a property for quite a while we found Geoff refreshing. As an agent should, he was working towards his vendors interest but not once did he make us feel like we were being sold something. He was not pushy, rude or aggressive as we had sadly been exposed to with other agents. Tim was most helpful in answering questions about the property and arranging a special inspection time for us to view the place in detail. Once we had agreed on a deal he was a little pushy about getting paperwork signed and the holding deposit paid but we had delays at our end with a slow solicitor. I believe all parties are happy with the overall outcome.
