Tim and his team did an excellent job selling our Jan Juc property. He is honest, knowledgeable and friendly and his recommendations with regards to the preparations of our home were of great help. Tim was diligent with the follow up work and we were always kept up to date on the feedback from potential buyers. We were very pleased with the outcome of our auction and are grateful to Tim and his team for their professional and hardworking approach. We would highly recommend him to anyone selling in the area. Thank you Tim, Steve and the McCartney team.

We chose Tim to sell my fathers house over other real estate agents, as he came with good recommendation, and also he came very well prepared when he first came to meet us to give us an appraisal of the property. Tim sure did do his homework on the house and area. Tim always stayed in contact with us and always kept us informed on what stage of the sale we were at. I would recommend Tim on selling any ones property. He is extremely pleasant and has a very high standard in his work. Thank you so much Tim. Your time and effort was very much appreciated Lynne Capon

After confining in Tim and discussing what we were aiming to do, we decided to sell our home. Throughout the process Tim kept both Erin and I informed and was respectful to our situation, having 2 young children in regards to opens and inspections times. I sincerely like to thank Tim and McCartney Real Estate for the quick turn around. We have also purchased another home through McCartney's and couldn't be happier. Thanks Tim for making it such an exciting experience.

Tim, was very professional in the sale of our home. The communication between Tim and myself was excellent which wasn't easy with me being in a remote area in WA. I would definitely recommend Tim, after the sale of our home Tim has kept in touch with myself in regards to purchasing a home for myself and my daughter.
