These guys truly are the ultimate dream team!! Virginia and Matthew advised us to consider an off market campaign. WELLLL!!! Byrn and Bourn drilled their data base and during the one and only open home we saw 16 groups pass through our property and 4 contracts taken. That was the SATURDAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS! On Boxing Day we had an offer and the next day we sold for the price we wanted. Sold within 6 days with Christmas and Boxing days in the middle!!!!!!! Apart from the considerable savings we made with no formal marketing, styling, painting, etc. the lack of stress was a huge thing for us ... we avoided a month of people inspecting our home twice a week and the necessary cleaning, mowing and tidying up every day to ensure the property looked its best.
