After about 3 weeks on the market we had received one lowball offer and then Glenn secured another offer well above our wildest expectations. Most agents would have urged us to accept the offer and moved on but Glenn advised us to wait as he believed that he could get competing bids at auction. We ended up getting an extra $150,000. Most agents can sell a well presented and realistically priced property but the difference between most agents and Glenn is getting the best price possible, not just an acceptable price.
