Jamie was our agent for our father's deceased estate which was in another state to us which making it a difficult case on many levels but we could not have asked for a better agent. He was always sensitive to our situation and went above and beyond through the whole process, referring and organising workman locally for us to go to the property when needed, renovation tips, even watering our plants we put there for open houses! We were always kept in the loop and spoken to in layman's terms so none of it was intimidating or confusing for people me who had never sold a property before. After signing the sales agreement we didn't have to lift a finger. The McGrath team did everything including contacting the Tenant and arranging for open houses and the sales person phoning after each event to keep us in touch with every step as to how each open house performed on the day.
