Extremely happy with the work done by Peter and his team
Peter Sutherland was the real estate agent, when I purchased the property in 2016. During our discussions, I liked Peter for his warmth and honesty. So, in 2021, when we decided to sell the property, I straightaway approached Peter. Knowing the local area, Peter was able to give accurate information on what to expect and how to market. I am extremely happy with the work done by Peter and his team in completing the sale as well as all the advice and support Peter gave.

Such a smooth process
This home we sold had a lot of meaning to us, and as we watched McGrath sell many properties in our area for astonishing prices, we knew when it would come time to sell we would be using them no doubt. Come to selling time, Peter was very transparent with every step of the process, gave honest advice and always put himself in our shoes when providing advice.
