Josh and Tracy did an incredible job!

Josh, Tracy and the McGrath team have been incredible as both PMs and recently as our sales agents. The market has been soft recently, and despite a well-executed campaign, buyers were scarce. Josh and Tracy did an incredible job securing us a sale and the maximum amount of money they could. We ended up with a number above our reserve, and given the challenges along the way, this was an incredible effort. They were patient, optimistic, kept us well informed and never gave up.
