"Prior to placing our home on the market, we were met with the daunting task of selecting the "Right Agent" and the "Right Marketing Plan". After reviewing various local agents both on-line via realestate.com.au and the Property Review for some weeks, Dan and I telephoned a couple of local agents who appeared to have a "presence" in the Kawana Forrest/Meridan Plains area, with both agents coming to see us after hours. After our first meeting with Jodie, we immediately felt confident and comfortable and believed Jodie held the right market knowledge and experience to market our home.
