Efficent and excellent comunications
Maree sold the property within 3 weeks of it coming on the market. She obligingly came to our house for agreement discussion and setup and provided frequent and comprehensive updates. Had a good feel of the market and in assessing possible buyers. Was proactive in facilitating all aspects to enable the sale. Lived up to our expectations from our decision to select McGrath via the "On the House" site. Would recommend her to others.

Having lived in our house for 24 years, the thought of placing our family home on the market was completely overwhelming and highly emotional. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle and Jamie from McGraths at Castle Hill, to sell my townhouse in Parramatta. From the first phone call to the sale and beyond, I have nothing but positive comments for both of them, especially Danielle. Danielle kept me informed of what was happening in regards to inspections, feedback and any other information she felt that I should know. She went above and beyond her role as sales person, She took people through out of hours, always checking with me first if it was okay. Upmost professionalism
Jamie and Danielle sold our home for us in North Rocks recently and we were very happy with the outcome of what we sold it for and the services that were provided during every step of the auction campaign. By the end our expectations were exceeded by the professionalism and step-by-step services alone. Jamie and Danielle control the majority of the market in my neighborhood (for good reason), they have a large database of interested buyers that they work off. And know a lot of the residence by first name. Jamie is very active in the community and sponsors activities at our daughters’ school. We were contacted at every stage of the campaign (daily if required) and come the day of auction we were mutually in a position knowing Jamie and Danielle worked every corner of the buyer market, and once the hammer went down at the auction, we knew that the home went for what the market dictated. We placed a lot of labor, love and hard work into our former home over the past years. The marketing campaign really highlighted everything special in both the photos and video.
