Feedback on experience selling our property with Maree
We were unable to complete building our new home due to builder defaulting and stopping works. We were very stressed about what to do and were financially trapped. When we met Maree we felt she was god sent to free our troubles and find us a path forward. Maree was able to manage the incomplete property to ensure it was ready for auction keeping safety as her priority and presenting it at its best during auction. The property was under the hammer within record time and delivering us the best possible value for the property. We had such a great experience and will always be recommend her to people who are looking for equity when selling their property.

Efficent and excellent comunications
Maree sold the property within 3 weeks of it coming on the market. She obligingly came to our house for agreement discussion and setup and provided frequent and comprehensive updates. Had a good feel of the market and in assessing possible buyers. Was proactive in facilitating all aspects to enable the sale.
