A few years ago we realised that in the not too distant future, we would need to downsize. We contacted McGrath and Mark Vinogradov paid us a visit and gave us an appraisal. Since then, Mark has contacted us from time to time to see how we were and if we still had selling in mind. Our answer was always "not yet". The opportunity arose and we finally decided to put our house on the market.We chose Mark to execute the sale, as we felt we already knew him. Unfortunately it was a difficult time to sell on account of falling house prices, and the Banking Royal Commission prevented many would be purchasers from either selling their own property or obtaining finance. As a result , the sale took longer than we would have liked but Mark never stopped trying and informing us on a regular basis of any interested purchasers. His relaxed manner and confidence also gave us the confidence that we would finally sell, and that we did. Mark guided us through the whole procedure, as we were a bit out of our depth, having lived in our home for many many years.
