Great communicator in challenging circumstances

Integrity and Professionalism!
Michael Chan and the whole team at McGrath Coburg/Brunswick were absolutely amazing to work with. Michael's in depth knowledge of the market and professionalism were clearly evident in the outstanding result produced at the auction. Covid lockdown? No problem! Everything was seamlessly converted from Onsite to Online Auction no fuss, no stress. Michael and his team are open and honest and more then met our expectations. Would highly recommend
McGrath were recommended by a friend. From the very first time we met Michael and Bruno, their professionalism was astounding. They listened to both our hearts and minds. The service was impeccable, even through the COVID-19 challenges (!) they sold our place. I cannot thank Bruno, particularly, enough for his consistency and care; for his tenacity and determination through all the difficulties of (a) COVID-19 and (b) his total commitment and graciousness. If you're completely honest with him, he is completely honest with you - it goes both ways, anguish (as the vendor, typically wanting more) vs achieving a result, he tells it like it is and he is right. I loved the ongoing data updates - you can see how your property is tracking, it is awesome and helps you to revisit decisions regarding price, marketing strategies etc. These guys are the real deal! I have a lifelong friend :) and thank you for achieving an excellent result.

Excellent person to deal with who cares about his clients well being.
From the first impression that we had of Michael we have to say that we were not disappointed. We are glad that we entrusted him with the sale of our house.
