We found Murray very professional and approachable and were very happy with the service provided. The only criticism we have is that we asked him to contact our purchaser to ask if they wanted to buy our fridge. We heard nothing so assumed they didn't want it but have since found out they weren't contacted and they would have loved it as theirs didn't fit.
