It was a pleasure to offer our house for sale with Murray Cole and his dedicated team of professionals from McGrath in Cronulla. Murray has a very strong knowledge of the local area which made our decision in choosing the right agent easier. It was an emotional sale for us and Murray, Brittany and Maddy's sensitive nature, professionalism and patience through the whole process was more than encouraging. At all times we were kept up to date on the progress of the sale and we're delighted with the outcome. We wouldn't hesitate in using Murray again if the need arises.

We found Murray to be very in tune with the marketplace and had a great knowledge of the type of buyer who would be interested in our property. He made a very difficult job of selling our parents home much easier by communicating with us constantly and informing us of details of prospective buyers and always keeping us fully informed. Also his staff were always available to help with any of our queries.

We found Murray Cole to be efficient and professional in his undertaking to sell our property recently and would not hesitate in recommending both he and his staff who were equally efficient in our dealings. Selling and buying real estate can be a very draining experience however, Murray and his team assisted us in a more than satisfactory manner.

14/02/2017 McGrath Cronulla, Well done to Murray Cole and his team for a first class job selling our home in Bangor. We found Murray to be highly professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process and he is to be congratulated on the outstanding strategy and result. We had over 300 groups inspect our home leading into our auction and achieved a sale price well over our expectations. This is to be attributed to Murray’s excellent marketing campaign. Murray and his team of Brittany McIntyre, Maddi Elliott and Melissa Arndell were highly organised, knowledgeable and their attention to detail was first class. We would not hesitate to employ Murray and his team again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding agent to market their property. Graham & Jackie Bangor PS You guys are awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
