He was able to expertly organise and project manage a cosmetic renovation of my property before it went on the market, arrange all of the photography and marketing, then successfully navigate through some challenging market conditions to find a buyer for my property within the target price range. I moved interstate before the renovations began - not once during the renovations or the sales campaign were there any problems with people being unable to get access to the property when required, or anything that necessitated me being there in person.
