In quite a difficult market Peter achieved a fantastic price for an apartment we were selling in Greenwich. He is very professional. His advice before listing was spot on. He didn't require us to overdress the unit and spend money that was unnecessary. The marketing programme was appropriate and targeted. He knew exactly the likely people who would be interested in the property and targeted them in the advertising, that was focused, appropriate and moderately priced. Reporting throughout the inspection period was concise, thorough and meaningful The negotiation before auction was first rate. We never thought he had anyone's interest in sight except ours as vendors. His price guide was accurate. Although he managed to achieve a much better result than the top end of his price guide in less than three weeks and more than a week before the auction date. Could not recommend him higher.
