Great Customer Service
McGrath staff are very professional. They have always kept me up to date as to anything I may need to know about the house or tenants. They also know the rental market so they can advise on the appropriate rent for my property.

Very happy customer!
Lucy Crouch from McGrath was amazing managing the recent leasing of my property. The process was totally stress free. Lucy’s knowledge of the current rental market was spot on & working with her was a pleasure. My property was leased two days after the initial opening with a weekly rent more than I was expecting. Couldn’t be happier!

In the past very professional - a hiccup this time
Communication lapse by Leasing Team on this occasion. After Tenancy Agreement had been signed I was informed by our Managing Agent that furniture was being disposed of as tenant wanted the Unit unfurnished despite the Unit being advertised as furnished. I found this to be very disappointing.

Generally very professional

Above and beyond the call of duty to manage properties
This crew is highly efficient, easy going, nothing too hard, providing above and beyond the call of duty when required to manage properties. Their knowledge of market help us rent the property quickly and for good price. Everything was professional
It was a great experience to rent a house from Mcgrath, inspection was perfect and well explained everything about the property at site. Easily approachable and good presentation. I wud like to get more service in future and wud recon strongly to my friends.

Friendly, polite, reachable and caring
We recently got approved for a rental property through Mcgrath and the experience was seamless and easy flowing. The agent we dealt with was Nina and we met her over several properties and she represented the company in a professional manner. Over the many properties we had lots of questions and was always reachable by phone or text. From the three weekends of viewings we met some rude agents, some that never answered or returned calls and some that just didn't seem interested. Fingers crossed the rest of the team follow through on a similar level and we are sure to enjoy the experience with Mcgrath

Positive Experience
