I had my new property advertised for lease with another company for 6 weeks and was not able to get the proprerty leased. I switched to Marq's and the property was leased wihthin 1 week and 1 open house. Throughout thoat shoret process i was kept informed with updates freqeuently via email, phone and text, and was given informed advice about choosing the best applicant.
