Great Agency to deal with.
Leasing our property through Mc Grath North Canberra has been a very pleasant experience especially as we live WA. I would recommend the Leasing Team and the Property Manager to anyone who is about to lease their home. They have always notified us promptly of any maintenance and have chosen suitable tenants throughout our few years dealing with the company.

Fantastic agent!

Always pleasant
It’s been about 2 years since being a landlord with McGrath North Canberra and I have always had pleasant experience with all my interactions. The team is very responsive just very friendly to deal with. It makes it much easier for me and I know I have my property in good hands. I like the rental property manager (Alex) is very caring for both the tenants and the landlord I really like that aspect. Alex has been amazing to deal with and very transparent and honest. No quality control
The Service has degraded over the past 12 months. The following errors have occurred: Bills are paid late, rental appraisals are always below market, adds submitted 2 weeks late, spelling mistakes and wrong photos in adds. Staff are friendly however Service has been poor. I am considering moving my properties to another rental manager.
