Fantastic agent!
We had been looking to rent a house for quite some time. When we went to a McGrath open house, we felt the agent was friendly professional and welcoming to to my wife, daughter and I. Would definetly recommend!

Always pleasant
It’s been about 2 years since being a landlord with McGrath North Canberra and I have always had pleasant experience with all my interactions. The team is very responsive just very friendly to deal with. It makes it much easier for me and I know I have my property in good hands. I like the rental property manager (Alex) is very caring for both the tenants and the landlord I really like that aspect. Alex has been amazing to deal with and very transparent and honest. No quality control
The Service has degraded over the past 12 months. The following errors have occurred: Bills are paid late, rental appraisals are always below market, adds submitted 2 weeks late, spelling mistakes and wrong photos in adds. Staff are friendly however Service has been poor. I am considering moving my properties to another rental manager.

Very disappointed - problems to be rectified
I would like McGraths to spell my name correctly (FRANCES) I am still waiting for the forms that have the correct address of my property at 9/24 Railway Street, Oaks Estate (NOT 9/7 Railway Street). Every communication has the WRONG address despite my frequent requests to have it changed.
