We have been with McGrath now for a couple of years and the agent has always handled everything smoothly. We have recently rented out another property (our home) for a year and in all the chaos we found the staff very supportive in our needs and finding us the right tenant. It appears recently their service is not up to mark. Didn’t get timely response/update regarding my vacant unit open house status. I had to chase them every time. Too many teams to deal with. Property manager don’t know what is happening with your property, you need to talk to leasing team for that. Hope they improve.

I dealt with Kerry Robinson and the tanancy team. They are very helpful and responsive at all time. One thing that I like to see is a better induction process for new tenants before they move in to their new place. This includes an information pack of building managers, strata team and some basic inductions.
