I was a little disappointed with the lack of knowledge of the receptionist, albeit she was very sweet. Left a message for the property manager to call back however, we did not receive a call. This was maybe due to public holiday weekend though. The standard of the property was disappointing up on handover. This is yet to be followed up. Our initial experience with Kerry was very efficient.
