We put the house on the market just prior to the Covid changes. John was able to successfully transition the sales process through the significant changes. He kept us updated as to how the process was going to change and was able to get enough qualified registered bidders to enable a successful auction. He advice and follow up post the sale as we start to look closer at new properties has also been outstanding. This is our second sale using John. When we first approached John to sell my mother’s home it was a difficult period in the life of my sister and I.
