Within 2 hours of the first open Scott had an offer for us on our home and then within another week we had an offer well above our expectations. The offer fell through due to purchasers lending problems, however Scott was confident on achieving our sale and within another 2 weeks we received an offer at the same level, which promptly fell through. We were disappointed and starting to loose hope but Scott never did. He offered guidance and advice and left the information with us to process.
