There are so many aspects to consider when selling a property and we can thoroughly recommend the McGrath team led by Scott to present, market, manage and partner with you as you move through the sales process on behalf of the seller and the buyer I think we have some new friends in the McGrath team. Thank you best regards Rob & Sue.

Col Bernasconi was a pleasure to do business with right from the very start. He was positive, helpful and spot on with his approach to Marketing and the Sale of our property. We were never left wondering, we were updated regularly on all aspects of the Sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone and he definitely has our vote for Agent of the Year....!!!
Col Bernasconi
Col worked hard to get me my next house and kept me updated the whole way. I believe communication is the key and he delivered.
Col Bernasconi
Col was a fantastic agent and had a great knowledge of the local market. He worked hard to get our property sold in a difficult market and his communication was exceptional. He kept us up to date with all enquiries as they came in so that we always knew how the campaign was going. I would have no problem recommending Col to sell your home and I will definitely use him when it comes to selling our next property.

Aaron and his team delivered above and beyond what was promised. Service, communication, availability, knowledge, professionalism and Care. Selling a house is a very stressful experience, though I had peace of mind throughout the process knowing I was in the best hands. No nonsense and honest, strategic and focussed. Aaron also provided an understanding and care with a personable, approachable sincerity not seen widely in Real Estate. I highly recommend his services. Thank you so much!!

We met Scott & felt straight away that he was the best professional Real Estate Agent that we could engage to achieve the result that we expected. Scott's experience & professionalism gained us a sale within 2 weeks of listing & we received an offer that he successfully negotiated on our behalf to our complete satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending & using Scott & the team at McGrath's Long Jetty to sell or buy any future property that we may be interested in. Jim McKendrick

From the very first time we met with Aaron Paull at the property for our 'inspection' he was gracious, knew our names and answered all questions we asked him. My husband and I feel very 'comfortable' dealing with Aaron and are looking forward to moving into our new 'home' Regards Margaret & Keith Johnson
