Within 2 hours of the first open Scott had an offer for us on our home and then within another week we had an offer well above our expectations. The offer fell through due to purchasers lending problems, however Scott was confident on achieving our sale and within another 2 weeks we received an offer at the same level, which promptly fell through. We were disappointed and starting to loose hope but Scott never did. He offered guidance and advice and left the information with us to process. We changed the photos around on the marketing and received further interest with our 3rd offer going through to a sale after a record 60 day cooling off period! Our Sale was an absolute ride but we received well above our asking price and had such a good experience with Scott as our agent. He was always there for advice, had great insight into the market place and the price itself shows he is a superior negotiator. He left the loveliest treats at our home for our children after every inspection and the little touches like the care he took for our home and the weekly check ins was like speaking to a friend.
