My husband and I have the misfortune to list our home in a very difficult market. Having just gone through an extreme high before listing, we had entered the downturn in the market when we finally reached the point of listing for sale. We believed we could achieve a price that was unrealistic in the market at that time, and stubborn as we were by not wanting to lower our expectations, Scott and Dianne hung in there with us the whole way.
