First house purchase made seamless

I had never owned property in Australia and when I was approached by Michael who advised that the owners of my current rental was looking to sell, I recognised what a great opportunity it was but I was simultaneously very nervous and overwhelmed not having any experience or real knowledge of the process. Luckily, Michael was readily available and happy to answer any questions that I had. I found Michael really down to earth and knowledgeable and he managed to negotiate a price which both myself and the owners felt happy with. A win - win situation and I honestly feel really lucky and grateful for Michael’s support. Can highly recommend!

Janelle was a dream to deal with, she made the process easy eg: Janelle was 1) from the start Janelle organised a private viewing within our schedule 2) arrived at site on time to greet us 3) answered any questions we had regarding the property Once we made the decision to make a formal offer Janelle expedited the process of negotiating with Vendor (Who was currently overseas with different time zone) in a quick timely manor.
