My Wife and I have been involved in real estate for over 40 years, buying, selling, building, and renting properties in three states. As such, we have worked with many real estate agents. Our most recent foray was the sale of our own home in order to fund our sea-change property as we move toward retirement. The property we were selling was fairly substantial and in a very good location, and as it was our principal residence, we hoped to reap the benefits of a premium sale price. Alex was also recommended by friends that had recently engaged him to sell their property, which was in our area.
