We chose Adrian Venturi as our agent as we had purchased our house from Adrian in Bilgola 7 years ago. Adrian has the knowledge of the area to be able to sell the property at the best possible price. Adrian showed professionalism through the campaign and was always on hand when certain unforeseen issues arose. Unfortunately as we are moving out of Sydney we will not be able to use Adrian as our agent again but would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase on the Northern Beaches.

Adrian is a great real estate agent what he says he does he doesn't tell you things you're not going to get he doesn't tell you stories he tells you the truth and I recommend him highly.

Liaising with Lauren was a refreshing experience in comparison to other agents I have experienced. Her honesty and integrity helped me to have the confidence to buy the house I wanted.

Seeing Lauren at the open house was always comforting. She was very very helpful going beyond what is expected. Her manner is trustworty and genuine. She is excatly the person you would want to buy a home from. Lovely and honest. Patient.

Adrian is an extremely helpful and informative real estate agent. He went above and beyond educating us on the current market and strategies for auction day. I highly recommend Adrian to anyone buying or selling a house.

This the second time we have used Lauren and McGrath's. Once again she got the result we wanted quickly and at the top end of our price expectation. Lauren knew the market and advised us on exactly what level of refresh our property needed to maximise its potential. She had the contacts to make it happen fast and economically. It did the trick; one open, 17 groups through on Saturday and sold on the Tuesday. A true professional that listens, thinks and knows her stuff. I could not recommender her more highly.

A terrific combination (James Baker with Lauren Garner). James is the ultimate negotiator. Lauren is a fabulous co between. The male/female thing got me in. There is no doubt, they are a formidable team....🌸🌸All the best. Alex Furlong

When buying property I am mindful of the fact that the agent works for (and is paid by) the seller. With this in mind I did find James very direct and helpful when it came to negotiation. I was very grateful for this. He also relayed my love of the property to the owner, which may have helped me secure the purchase.

James Baker is the best agent I have worked with. I have used James over many years and I highly recommend James to anyone looking to sell their home. James is well supported by Lauren, Natalie and the entire McGrath team who are a pleasure to work with. James understands the market and the buyer better than any agent I have come across and he is honest, credible and trustworthy. James is an excellent communicator and goes out of his way to ensure your property is positioned and marketed for success.

James was very professional, skilful, reliable and helpful. He was really pleasant to deal with, and available whenever we needed him. We dealt with other McGrath Avalon agents during the process of finding a property, and everyone was very professional, so we would definitely recommend James Baker and the McGrath Avalon Team!

Adrian was in control the whole time. Every suggestion was a winner. He steered the builders doing last minute touchups. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
