There are moments of clarity that precede the start to a beautiful relationship of any kind. We chose Adrian Venturi as our agent as we had purchased our house from Adrian in Bilgola 7 years ago. Adrian has the knowledge of the area to be able to sell the property at the best possible price. Adrian showed professionalism through the campaign and was always on hand when certain unforeseen issues arose. Unfortunately as we are moving out of Sydney we will not be able to use Adrian as our agent again but would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase on the Northern Beaches.

This the second time we have used Lauren and McGrath's. Once again she got the result we wanted quickly and at the top end of our price expectation. Lauren knew the market and advised us on exactly what level of refresh our property needed to maximise its potential. She had the contacts to make it happen fast and economically. It did the trick; one open, 17 groups through on Saturday and sold on the Tuesday. A true professional that listens, thinks and knows her stuff. I could not recommender her more highly.
