Paul McGrath has assisted me with buying a small property in Plympton. He is a fabulous presenter and negotiator; no task is too complex or a bother for him: he solves every problem swiftly as it arises. He provided adequate and very sound advice about refurbishments that worked out cheaper for me than I had anticipated. After the sale Paul came over to check up on things and successfully fixed a gas and security alarm issue. He provided help with tradespeople who turned out to be just as fast working as himself. I would recommend Paul McGrath to anyone who is looking for an honest, no nonsense and very kind broker/agent. He knows how to listen and makes you feel respected in your needs as he answers all your questions and provides useful suggestions for your associated needs with moving. Glenn was amazing through the whole process from viewing the property even after the settlement he called to follow up that I was happy and everything was working correctly. Glenn was great to deal with throughout the whole process and helped us feel very comfortable and confident through all steps of purchasing our first home. Excellent communicator and always got back to us whenever he said he would with all information promised. Whole process ran very well and appreciated Glenn's guidance and knowledge throughout - only reason I have not provided 5 stars across all of the ratings is that we only dealt with him on the 1 house we purchased, hence his market knowledge was less pertinent (although I have no doubt is excellent) and believe negotiation is more in line with a sellers perspective Would certainly recommend Glenn to any friends/family or as and when we next sell/buy.
