Through them I arranged a stylist to bring in furniture, and a cleaner to make sure everything was as it should be for the marketing campaign. They ran a great campaign and we had a large number of attendees at all the openings. As we proceeded Josh rang me after every inspection to give me feedback and reports on who prospective purchasers were and what they were saying. Josh knew what other properties had been sold in the area and what was coming up to be sold. All of which meant that I was confidently well-informed and could make sensible decisions when it came to auction day. On the day Josh ran a thoroughly professional auction with just the right amount of drama and pace, keeping me informed at every turn. I was delighted with the result. Through the two months of preparation and the campaign itself everything ran so smoothly, and Josh was a pleasure to deal with.
