We have used Steve to sell 3 places now and as always we get great communication, open and honest feedback and a good result. Being overseas this time, and with a few other logistical challenges as well, it was great to have a solid relationship with someone who we could rely on to make sure everything was done for us professionally and to give us the confidence that our property was presented and marketed as well as it could be. Thanks Steve and Karen.

Karen and Steve were an absolutely fantastic team to deal with. From the moment we were greeted at the front door for an inspection to when we received the call from Karen that the house was ours, the team were always highly professional and extremely friendly. The commitment shown from Karen to support us through such a big decision and ensure we had all the facts we needed was second to none (with many after work calls to fit into my schedule Karen made life easy for us). We are very grateful for your support and care through what can be a very stressful process. Great result!

Karen helped us in selling our home in North Curl Curl. We were in a unique position which required Karen from Team BT to be very flexible in her approach. Not only was Karen flexible with strategy but embraced the sale and achieved a result which exceeded our expectations in price and time. Not only would I recommend her but would comfortably use her and her team again when the need arises. Amazing job Karen!

I bought my unit off Steven Bock 15 years ago so I have known him for a long time. I have been dealing with Karen for the sale of my unit. I have found her to be very helpful and very friendly. I am more than happy with the outcome of my sale. I would highly recommend them.

I have known Karen and Stephen for some time and was watching them in market for the last seven months and what they where doing as selling your biggest asset is the most important thing you could do. My decision was hard and not an easy one to make. However they went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and smooth for me and they also gave me step by step advice on market conditions and how I was comparing in market. Their ability and resilience to get the number that I wanted is a tribute to them.

Karen and Steve were amazing to deal with right from the beginning of our house sale process. They took away all the stress of selling our house, something that is not easy. They have all the characteristics and more required to get you the result you need. They are experienced, savvy and most importantly, supportive and honest. We knew from our very first meeting with Karen and Steve that we were in the right hands. They did not disappoint and we achieved the result we were hoping for. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication guys, we really appreciate it. Kim and Colby

Karen Terry and Stephen Bock were great to deal with. Both incredibly friendly and real. Karen always remembered our names and where we were at, and those of our family members and made everyone feel at ease and acknowledged. Karen and Stephen both shared in our excitement with us at purchasing a home and our upcoming wedding and made the purchasing experience much easier. They were easy to get in contact with and always communicated with us accurately and professionally. We would recommend Karen and Stephen to anyone selling their home and also as a team to go to when looking to buy a home. We really appreciate their enthusiasm, passion and professionalism in helping us purchase our first home together.
