We would like to thank you for all your hard work and support when you sold our family home, enabling us to move closer to our children and grandchildren on the far north coast. My brother and I recently decided to sell our investment property after owning it for 14 years, we were mindful that the existing tenant had also been living in the apartment since we first rented it out. We knew that selling would be difficult for the tenant however, we felt the time was right to sell as we needed to look at other investments closer to our homes.
