I knew from my first meeting with Craig he was the right agent for me. Great communicator, supremely organised, easy to talk to, always on time and with a support team who all demonstrate those same essential attributes, so often hard to find these days. I was a first time seller and valued the detailed email that Craig sent after our first meeting which summarised all the points we had discussed, and more. I referred to that email many times throughout the sales campaign and it always had the information I needed. Craig and his team were enthusiastic but realistic , and very hands on, providing support at all stages of the campaign. Nothing was too much trouble, no question was unanswered. I received detailed updates after each open - it was as if I had been there and spoken to each party myself! The property was on the market for only 2 weeks and sold for a price above my expectations. Craig’s advice during the price negotiations was spot on.
